Unit 8 Blog



 Hello All,

The two most beneficial practices for me were the Loving-Kindness and Subtle Mind practice.  I plan to use meditations like this in the future to foster mental fitness, peace and calmness.  Starting my morning with meditations like these will help ensure that I continually strive to increase my mental fitness. In addition, using yoga to synchronize my movement and breath is another way to instill mental fitness and spirituality into my life.
